Spinning Hug Only To Hit The Couch.
feeling a little adventurous tonight. after realizing i have spent 3 hours at mocha madness registering for classes and blogging, i decided i should probably get out of there and get back to my life...wait. oh my way home i was just about to walk into the tunnels by the underpass and this girl was staring me down, like muy hard. and somehow she knew my name...well duh it was stephanie lloyd, my friend. plans of returning to my life of and washing my wood floors changed and we went to Sumisu, the new local sushi bar. it was awesome! it was both our first time eating sushi so neither of us knew what we were doing or what we were ordering. we ended up ordering this roll called the tiny dancer roll and it was absolutely delicious. i was super skeptical about eating raw fish, or fish period but it was delightful. and our waiter wasn't bad looking either :) okay okay kinda got a little out of control and facebook stalked him already, he is a pole vaulter!! holy what? that is freaking awesome. but like it matters, because i am not looking to date anyone, anyone. staying single.
i now have a new favorite place to eat and i am definitely going back on thursday after i get paid, woot. maybe i will be brave and try something really out there.
we decided to sit right at the sushi bar where the chefs were making the sushi and oh.my.god. the chefs were hilarious! we just talked to them the whole night and i couldn't stop laughing. even if i didn't like the food i would go back just to talk with the chefs. stephanie was terrible with the chop sticks...if china would have seen how she was using them, china would have taken all the chop sticks out of america and declared war on the united states, it was that bad. but hilarious. he gave her a bit of advice, "go home, and eat a whole bag of popcorn with them. then you will master the chop stick. you will be able to eat anything with them. catch flies in mid-air too."
not to mention, only $13.00 for two people to eat. not too bad.

Jake, Jake, Jake...what ever are we going to do with you. All my multiple personalities can think is ew...sushi...We've tried it and none us can stand any of the kind we've tried. I'm glad you liked it though. And FYI here's how to use chopsticks...stab the food and pick it up that way. hehehehehehe.
